A leading fitness solutions company is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in Madrid. This role focuses on developing relationships with B2B clients and driving sales within the wellness sector. Candidates should have over 3 years of sales experience and be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. The ideal individual will demonstrate a proactive attitude and possess strong CRM skills. This position offers a permanent contract with a focus on generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Your Role

Are you an expert in sales with a passion for wellness and fitness?

At Technogym, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist (with Portuguese) based in Madrid, with exceptional skills to connect with B2B clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in increasing profitability and achieving ambitious business goals by delivering a premium sales experience, working with businesses across Spain.

Your Impact
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets, including those related to Digital Solutions, while consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Generate leads to expand the customer base, actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound interactions, providing a tailored sales experience by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Drive outbound interactions to build long-term relationships, fostering trust and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support our Omnichannel strategy by creating business opportunities and scheduling visits to our physical locations, as well as coordinating with the Field Sales Team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring all customer information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Collect valuable market insights and share feedback with the relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from order to delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively upselling additional products or services when applicable.
About You
  • +3 years of experience in delivering high-quality service focused on meeting client expectations and driving sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a background in business development and/or physical education studies.
  • Experience working in collaborative sales teams within client-focused and service-oriented environments.
  • Long-term relationship management, focused on building and maintaining lasting customer connections.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficient in managing customer data.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
