The Job
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to customer enquiries, emails, web contacts, and orders, being involved in order fulfilment and post-sales-related activities
- Perform inbound and outbound telephone activities and manage our customer database
- Manage your own sales funnel
- Provide pricing & availability, parts identification, order status, and proof of delivery assistance to customers
- Work as an integral member of the sales team, collaborating with internal departments such as customer care, engineers, PO booking centre, and field staff to acquire new customers and retain/grow existing ones
- Create business opportunities and represent the brand through every customer interaction
The Profile
- Fluent in German and English (verbal & written)
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Previous account management / B2B sales experience is advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge and strategic sales skills
- Ability to build rapport and foster customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ambitious with a willingness to learn and grow sales knowledge
- Proactive with a strong team spirit
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets
- Experience with laboratories or analytical instrumentation is a plus
