Who you are
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, business development, or account management is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software to manage pipeline and track progress.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing within an international sales organization.
