Location: Madrid, Spain

Start date: 14th July - 18th July

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (including Windows OS, productivity suites, printers, and network environments).
• Manage incidents and assets using ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Perform imaging and re-imaging of enterprise computers.
• Ensure infrastructure health and data availability through regular monitoring and backup reviews.
• Participate in local and regional IT projects as needed.

This role will be VIA Autonomo or LTD Company Freelance.
