The role involves overseeing accountancy closing, reporting, budgeting, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, a degree in Business Administration or Economics, and strong Excel skills. Travel may be required approximately 25% of the time.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• High proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accountancy closing of assigned factories for accurate budget comparison.
• Monthly reporting for factories and logistics.
• Preparation of budgets and quarterly reviews.
• Follow-up on actual costing and factory overheads.
• Reporting deviations in costing to Business Units.

Mission

The position involves managing in scope 3 factories across 4 countries, with responsibilities including monthly closing of the assigned factories, cost calculations, inventory follow-up, capex, and ensuring data quality. It also supports quarterly reviews, cost analysis, and deviation follow-up. The scope includes collecting and integrating figures, identifying process improvements, and proposing efficiencies.

Main Tasks

• Accountancy closing of assigned factories to ensure accurate information for budget comparison and business review.
• Monthly reporting for factories and logistics.
• Preparation of budgets and quarterly reviews.
• Follow-up on actual costing and factory overheads.
• Reporting deviations in costing to Business Units.
• Consolidating and comparing data from different sites.
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure data reliability.

Work Environment

The role is within the corporate finance department, with strong links to operations. You will collaborate with local controllers, finance teams, operations (industrial and technical teams), and the European finance region.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
