Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for Spain and Portugal, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
  • Support HR operations, including employment contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
  • Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, handling inquiries, contract administration, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
  • Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, culture building, and HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR-related roles, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with strong accountability and teamwork.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Cross-cultural adaptability and a willingness to learn continuously.
