• Comprehensive HR management : payroll, contracts and regulatory compliance, with support from external management.
• Onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
• HR administration : control of attendance, absences, vacations and updating of the employee portal.
• Coordination of ORP, health surveillance, equality plan and data protection.
• Presentation of income tax forms, salary plans and document management.
• Analysis and reporting : HR metrics monitoring, tracking dashboards and databases.
• Support for training, performance and work environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Organized, proactive and decisive.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
• Permanent contract and 23 days of vacation.
