You will manage the employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll processes, and participate in strategic HR projects. Your Impact in the Role

We are looking for an HR Business & People Operations Partner to join our national Human Resources team, composed of 9 professionals, supporting over 450 employees of Arsys and IONOS in Spain across five offices.

This role is key to ensuring an excellent employee experience, reliable processes, and regulatory compliance. You will have a comprehensive HR perspective to act as a true business partner and actively contribute to:

  • Serving as a strategic partner and expert point of contact for managers and employees on labor, administrative, and policy-related matters, providing preventive and solution-oriented advice aligned with regulations.
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring legal accuracy in contracts, agreements, clauses, amendments, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating and supervising the payroll process with external providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Social Security regulations.
  • Ensuring the quality, confidentiality, and up-to-date management of employee data, as well as proper handling of obligations and communications with official bodies (Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, Certific@, DELTA, SEPE, and Social Security).
  • Overseeing regulatory compliance and promoting best practices in labor compliance.
  • Coordinating the administrative and operational onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from day one.
  • Supervising attendance, absenteeism, vacations, leaves, shifts, and special schedules in collaboration with managers.
  • Participating in local and international HR strategic projects, providing analysis, payroll cost control, and a data-driven approach to continuously improve processes, document management, and reporting.
Education & Experience
  • University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • A Master’s in HR is a plus.
  • Solid experience in HR administration and labor management. Up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations.
  • Experience in payroll and contract management, SAP payroll knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to HR.
  • High level of English (B2–C1).
