As part of our international People team, you will support our HR function and business leaders across Iberia by building strong partnerships and providing hands‑on support on day‑to‑day people matters, with a particular focus on Employee Relations. Working closely with managers in Iberia Sales, local Marketing, and our Global Shared Service Centre, you will help ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience.
