In this role, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, and compensation structure, with a clear pathway to becoming an HR Manager in 12 months. Formación

  • 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, focusing on Talent Acquisition.
  • Solid exposure to Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Relations.
  • Good knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.

As HR Generalist, you will support key areas of People & Culture, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Engagement. You will ensure smooth execution of HR processes, assist in implementing HR initiatives, and provide day-to-day support to employees. This role is designed as a development pathway to HR Manager in 12 months.

YOU WILL

Monitor policies and processes for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.

Recruitment & hiring: overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and offers. Partner with managers to assess staffing and pipelining needs. Coordinate employer branding to attract top talent.

Compensation and Benefits: Managing salary structures, benefits packages, and being the owner of salary review processes. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing employee relations.

Performance Management: Oversee and manage our performance review cycles from onboarding catch-ups, yearly performance evaluations and exit interviews.

Assess training needs and co-organise with department managers training initiatives.

Monitor onboarding programs to enhance quick ramp-up of new hires & make sure they have a smooth experience.

Collaborate with third parties to ensure compliance with HR-related legal requirements and regulations.

Work on initiatives to increase employee engagement focused on recognition, rewards, and development.

Coordinate a Recruiter and an Office Manager and provide them support.

THIS IS YOU

You have a fluent level of English & Spanish.

4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and solid exposure to Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Relations.

Good knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.

Project management and execution skills.

Balance strategic and tactical priorities.

Mentoring experience is nice to have.

You have strong communication skills.

You are results-oriented and a self-starter, you are able to work autonomously.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.

You love the nitty-gritty and have excellent attention to detail.

You proactively find ways to implement improvements.
