Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Aethos, you will be responsible for maintaining an exceptional level of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. Lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth, hospitality, and collaboration, aligned with Aethos' philosophy of conscious hospitality. Your role will be to empower and develop the team, ensuring our spaces are welcoming, serene, and reflect the brand's commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Responsibility

• Quality Standards & Guest Experience: Rigorously inspect rooms, laundry, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, aesthetics, and the Aethos luxury guest experience.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, train, and coordinate the Housekeeping team, fostering a positive environment of pride and belonging. Act as a substitute for the Housekeeping Manager during their absence.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Maintain fluid and accurate communication (room status, special requests) with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Laundry to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Personalization & Feedback: Engage warmly and authentically with guests, anticipate preferences, coordinate special services (VIP, long stays), and constructively manage feedback.
• Sustainability & Financial Responsibility: Manage inventory responsibly and efficiently, ensuring departmental expenses align with Aethos' financial and environmental sustainability commitments.
