Are you a visionary design leader ready to shape the future of our product ecosystem? We're seeking a Head of Product Design to define and drive our overall design strategy across sportsbook and back-office environments.

You'll build, lead, and mentor a talented team , championing user-centered design and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality design assets and evolving our brand. Experience in B2B sportsbook software is a strong advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy across the product ecosystem
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of product, UX, and UI designers
• Champion user-centered design across the company, aligning with product, engineering, and business goals.
• Contribute to company-level initiatives, such as brand evolution and platform-wide UI / UX improvements
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional designs
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality design assets across sportsbook and backoffice environments.
• Create and enforce design systems, UI libraries, and interaction patterns for consistency and scalability.
• Research & Validation
• Guide and support user research, usability testing, and A / B experiments to validate design choices
• Leverage data, customer feedback, and behavioral insights to iterate on designs and improve performance
• Process & Operations
• Establish design workflows, feedback cycles, and QA processes for efficiency and collaboration
• Ensure the team meets deadlines while maintaining quality in a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Coordinate with client teams to tailor UI / UX for custom integrations where necessary

REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of experience in UX / UI or product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven experience in B2B software design, preferably in gaming or betting

Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence in user interfaces, systems thinking, and interaction design

Deep understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility

Experience with design tools like Figma or similar

Ability to lead cross-functional design initiatives and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A strong balance of creative vision and business pragmatism

Knowledge of sportsbook software is a strong advantage
