The ideal candidate

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) for secondary History teaching
• Experience teaching A Levels and IGCSE
• Recent and relevant experience teaching History in a UK school setting
• Deep and thorough subject knowledge in History
• Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to collaborate on planning and resource development
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
