Job Description

Our organization is expanding its European acquisitions team, and we are seeking an M&A; Analyst to play a key role in executing telecom infrastructure acquisitions. The successful candidate will lead due diligence, financial modeling, and integration efforts from letter of intent to close.

This position offers the opportunity to work with subject matter experts in all stages of the acquisition process for wireless telecommunications infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full M&A; transaction lifecycle.
- Perform in-depth due diligence and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and investors.

Requirements





To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A university degree or master's, preferably in finance or accounting.
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A; or transaction services (telecoms/real estate a distinct advantage).
- Advanced Excel modeling, due diligence, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional language skills beneficial.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite products.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
