Formación

• 5 to 8 years of Project Management experience or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with HR Operations practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all project components for assigned HR initiatives.
• Work with initiative sponsors and HR Operations for staffing.
• Deploy project management tools and templates as appropriate.
• Identify and address potential project roadblocks.
• Provide meaningful status reports to key stakeholders.
• Develop key project performance metrics.
