Are you a highly motivated German-speaking sales star ready to take on a key role in the dynamic high-tech sector? We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager/Executive to manage and grow our vital client base in the German market.
This role offers fantastic flexibility: choose a hybrid model in Barcelona, Malaga or Valencia or work fully remote from anywhere else in Spain!
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong long-lasting customer relationships with our German-speaking clients primarily using phone and digital channels.
- Sales Target Achievement: Proactively identify new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Pipeline Mastery: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead qualification through to successful deal closure.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our high-tech products/services to effectively communicate our value propositions and deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings are always competitively positioned.
- Reporting: Track all sales activities, update customer information accurately, and prepare regular sales forecasts using our CRM system.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Language Skills: You must be bilingual German (C2) for client communication and have B2 English for internal documentation.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience (e.g., Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development).
- Legal Status: Must possess a valid Spanish Residence Card or EU ID that permits working legally in Spain.
- Core Skills: Proven track record in negotiation, communication, and presentation. You must be highly organized and excellent at time management.
- Industry Interest: A strong interest in or prior exposure to the High-Tech, IT, or Telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
