What You’ll Do:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers you’ll be the key driver of growth across mid-sized accounts.

  • Identify new business opportunities and design smart account strategies.

  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored tech solutions, including PCs, headsets, displays, and care packs.

  • Lead meetings with decision-makers, manage pricing discussions, and close deals that make an impact.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for your clients guiding them through renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term success.

What You Bring:
  • C2 or fluent German + advanced English.

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably in tech).

  • A proactive hunter mindset confident in prospecting, cold outreach, and building pipelines.

  • Ability to understand business needs and turn them into tailored solutions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
