You will be responsible for reviewing and filtering content on a popular social media platform to ensure a safe experience for its users.

Requirements

• German C2 level and advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency with user-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms
• Goal-oriented and self-assertive
• Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
• Affinity with social media platforms
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments is a plus
• Availability to work both from the office and from home (within 100 km of the office)
• Mandatory studies completed: According to Spanish legislation, proof of completed studies (e.g., ESO or high school diploma) is required for employment. Higher education qualifications are a plus.
• 38.5 hours/week, temporary contract (initial 2 months, with a possible extension of 2 months), with fixed working hours and two days off per week
• Early shift from 8:00 to 16:00
• Participation in the Feel Good program, including Spanish lessons, quizzes with prizes, and group activities like running, beach volleyball, and roller skating
