German Solutions Consultant - Mid Market

  • Location: Remote (Europe) – Spain, Portugal, or Germany
  • Industry: SaaS Revenue Management – Short‑term rentals & Hospitality
  • Level: Mid‑level – Remote, base salary 32 000 € fixed, 3 000 € variable
The Context

Our client is a fast‑growing SaaS scale‑up in revenue management for the short‑term rental and hospitality space. With 500k properties priced daily and a fully remote global team of 270, they are entering a new phase of international expansion and want to strengthen conversion support and onboarding capacity while maintaining excellent service levels (NPS around 70).

The Mission

Support inbound German‑market (DACH) prospects from first discovery to activation, increasing conversion through consultative demos and flawless onboarding to ensure each account is set up and uses the platform optimally based on their revenue management strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for new small‑to‑mid property managers throughout onboarding
  • Drive conversions through compelling, detailed virtual product demos
  • Help prospects set up accounts and optimise initial usage (rules automation best practices)
  • Communicate value proposition, ROI and relevant use cases clearly
  • Consistently meet and exceed defined performance targets
  • Maintain accurate account information and history in the CRM with Sales Ops
  • Enable smooth handover for accounts that scale beyond mid‑market to the relevant teams
Requirements
  • 23 years of experience in customer‑facing roles (Account Executive, Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding) ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong experience running video‑based product walkthroughs and articulating value / ROI
  • Proven track record of hitting commercial KPIs (conversion pipeline activity, etc.)
  • Data‑driven analytical mindset to diagnose needs and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills in a remote setup
  • Nice to have: short‑term rental market knowledge and US / EU client exposure
  • Nice to have: DACH market experience and/or account management experience
