Overview

Content Moderator (German Speaker) Social Media Platform
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: 24,820.57/year (Base salary: 16,363.49 + Language bonus: 1,550.20 + Complement: 6,956.88) + Night-shift bonus
Contract: Full-time (38.5h/week) | Fixed shifts | 2 days off/week
Shifts Available: Morning (08:00-16:00) | Afternoon (16:00-00:00)

• As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure digital space by reviewing and managing user-generated content.
• Monitor and review content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and take action against harmful or inappropriate material.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies.
• Uphold platform standards to foster a respectful online environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in German (C2 level) & advanced English.
• Passionate about social media and online communities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Previous content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
