Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, situated in Centro Canalejas Madrid, is a collection of seven heritage buildings offering 200 guest rooms, 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, a Michelin-starred restaurant, an expansive roof terrace, a gastrobar, a Spa, event spaces, and retail outlets.

The Role of a Sales Manager :

We seek a talented GCC Sales Manager in Madrid to promote and sell to all market segments within the GCC region. The role involves prospecting, securing business, and achieving sales quotas through direct client engagement, calls, tradeshows, and networking. The manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to meet revenue goals, manage relationships with agencies and key clients, and coordinate with internal departments for flawless execution of bookings and events. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of luxury hotel sales experience, is fluent in Arabic, and preferably holds a Hospitality Management Degree.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, government, and royal clients.
  • Manage sales activities within the GCC market, including inquiries, negotiations, proposals, and closures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful group bookings and VIP visits.
  • Create and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote GCC business.
  • Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Follow up on amenities, upgrades, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director on marketing strategies.
  • Maintain flexibility in work hours and availability.
  • Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on hotel promotions and services relevant to the government market.
  • Handle purchase orders and office supplies per company procedures.
  • Maintain a professional office environment and respond effectively to emergencies.

Our Ideal GCC Sales Manager candidate will have

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in high-end luxury hotel sales with a strong client portfolio and regional contacts.
  • Fluency in Arabic and an EU work permit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Opera, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of hotel operations.
  • Attention to detail and anticipatory service skills for high-expectation guests.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team focused on guest experience.
  • Demonstrate personality and service style aligned with Four Seasons standards.
