Role: GAIN- Performance- Performance Graphic & Motions Ad Designer
Location: Spain
Hybrid / Remote: Hybrid - Based in Barcelona
We're looking for a Performance Ad Designer who blends creative craft with data‑driven thinking to create high‑impact visual assets for paid social. This role you'll design both static and motion ads tailored for performance, working closely with creative strategists to turn insights into scroll‑stopping visuals across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and beyond.
You understand the mechanics of performance marketing and know how to balance visual storytelling with platform best practices. Whether it's a direct response ad or a top‑of‑funnel brand piece you approach each project with a focus on conversion, engagement and creative innovation.
This is a hybrid design role ideal for someone who's as comfortable in Adobe After Effects as they are iterating based on CTR and Hook Rate data.

This role will sit within the Performance Business Unit. We help brands show up in the right place at the right time to the right people with data‑driven campaigns. Whether it's paid media, SEO, link building or performance‑driven creative, we build campaigns that actually perform—driving clicks, visibility, conversions and real business growth.
1. 15‑minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition team.
2. Take‑home technical task to showcase your skills.
3. 1‑hour interview with 2 Senior members of the team.
