A consulting company in Spain is seeking a passionate DevOps Senior to lead a multicultural team. You will be responsible for cloud infrastructure architecture, defining best practices for development and CI/CD, and optimising application performance. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in DevOps and deep knowledge of automation tools. This role offers full remote work, flexible hours, and a variety of benefits.

Formación

• 5-6+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructures.
• Deep knowledge of automation and orchestration tools.
• Experience in managing infrastructure security.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and management of cloud infrastructures.
• Define best practices for development and CI/CD.
• Work closely with teams to optimise application performance.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions.
• Drive process automation and operational efficiency.

Conocimientos

Experience in DevOps

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, implementation and management of highly scalable, secure and automated infrastructures in cloud environments.
• Define and promote best practices for development, continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) across the organisation.
• Work closely with development teams to optimise application performance, reliability and scalability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in process automation, operational efficiency and infrastructure security.

Skills and Knowledge

• 5 / 6+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure architectures (Azure).
• Deep knowledge of automation and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience in implementing CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices in complex and highly available environments.
• Experience in managing infrastructure security and implementing cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in an agile and collaborative environment.
• Languages: English C1

Location & Schedule

Location: FULLREMOTE

Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive.
