Required Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience building modern web applications using React (or Next.js) and TypeScript.
• Strong foundation in component‑based design, state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil), and responsive UI frameworks (Tailwind, ShadCN, or Material UI).
• Experience integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs and visualizing data from backend systems.
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and user experience design principles.
• Experience collaborating with product and design teams to create intuitive, research‑driven interfaces.
• Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles — transforming experimental concepts into robust, usable internal tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building analytics dashboards or R&D workflow UIs (experiment tracking, benchmarking, pipeline monitoring).
• Familiarity with LLM tooling (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI SDKs) or AI productivity interfaces.
• Experience with data visualization (Recharts, Plotly, ECharts) and storytelling through data.
• Understanding of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2) and API consumption patterns.
• Product sensibility — ability to balance technical feasibility, UX quality, and R&D needs.
• Interest in building the interfaces that bridge ML research and automation infrastructure.
