Formación

Senior Principal – PMO Deployment (End-to-End Digital Transformation)

Reporting Line: Digital Transformation Program Director

Overview

A global technology-driven services organisation with multi-billion-euro revenues is undertaking a major transformation of its operating model, business processes, and digital capabilities to support ambitious growth targets. To enable this acceleration, the organisation is executing a large-scale, global Services Digital Transformation programme across multiple countries and business lines.

The Senior Principal – PMO Deployment (E2E Solution) plays a critical leadership role in planning, orchestrating, and governing end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across regions, ensuring countries are operationally and digitally ready to support services growth, new service offer launches, and enterprise-wide platform deployments. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, PMO governance, digital delivery, and country deployment execution.

Key Objectives

  • The Senior Principal will ensure global Services operations are digitally prepared to support:
  • Aggressive Services revenue growth ambitions
  • Launch and scaling of strategic and “hero” service offers
  • Enterprise platform deployments and Journey-to-Readiness (J2R) programmes
  • Standardisation and scalability of services pricing, configuration, quotation, and execution

The transformation portfolio is expected to scale to 50 active digital transformation projects per year, requiring exceptional coordination, anticipation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Transformation Design (Strategic Shaping Role)
  • Partner closely with E2E Transformation Design leadership to define and continuously improve the global transformation methodology
  • Design sequencing, interdependencies, and integration across transformation streams including:
    • Pricing
    • Configuration
    • Quotation
    • Field Services Execution
  • Define standard transformation roadmaps, delivery models, and project setup structures
  • Shape best-practice staffing and governance models for large-scale deployments
  • Digital Capabilities & Country Deployment Roadmaps (Global Coordination Role)
    • Own the global digital capabilities roadmap, defining when specific business requirements will be digitally delivered
    • Own the country deployment roadmap, defining when each country and transformation stream will be completed
    • Ensure tight alignment and consistency between:
      • Digital capability delivery
      • Country rollout timelines
    • Act as the central interlock between deployment leaders, solution managers, programme leadership, and key stakeholders across:
      • Lines of Business
      • Enterprise platforms
      • Global transformation initiatives
  • Transformation Programme Governance (Alignment & Executive Reporting Role)
    • Design and run programme governance cadence (monthly and quarterly), covering both operational and executive forums
    • Prepare comprehensive programme reporting including:
      • Status tracking
      • Risks and mitigation plans
      • Dependencies and next steps
    • Establish standard templates and ways of working to enable consistency across global stakeholders
    • Prepare executive-level materials for Quarterly Business Reviews and senior leadership decision-making

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    Education

    • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

    Experience

    • 7 years of experience in:
      • Programme / Project Management
      • Management Consulting
      • Digital Delivery or Transformation
    • Proven track record delivering large-scale business and digital transformation programmes
    • Experience working in complex, global, and multicultural environments

    Preferred Background

    • Exposure to Services businesses
    • Experience with digital customer platforms or enterprise transformation programmes
    • Knowledge of end-to-end service delivery models is highly advantageous
