A fast-growing video agency is seeking a Creative Director to drive the creative direction for tech projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in creative campaigns, a strong portfolio, and experience in a tech environment. The role offers a freelance model with flexible working hours, including a 4-day workweek. Based in Barcelona, this position encourages creativity and collaboration.

As we continue to grow, we\'re looking for a Creative Director to help us scale smartly and become more efficient while maintaining our creative soul.

The Opportunity

Our current key client is N8N, a fast-moving tech company seeking to redefine its brand across video and all creative touchpoints.

Start freelance with an eye toward a long-term/in-house partnership as our relationship grows.

Lead the creative direction for major tech projects—your ideas will help shape both video and broad campaign strategy.

Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and our creative team.

The Candidate

What We\'re Looking For

  • Proven leadership in creative direction (more than just video direction)
  • Experience overseeing 360° campaigns—video, design, strategy
  • Strong portfolio with visually striking, fun, and innovative video/content demonstrated for tech-related work
  • International experience is highly valued
  • Comfortable mentoring and upskilling teams
  • Strong art direction and ability to deliver a "fresh feel" to projects
