A leading pharmaceutical company based in Madrid is seeking a Controlling and Reporting Specialist to join its Reporting team. The specialist will be responsible for the consolidation and production of monthly Group reporting, coordinating budget and forecast processes, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in financial processes, proficiency in SAP BPC, and fluency in both Spanish and English. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible working hours.

We are incorporating a new INSUDER as a Controlling and Reporting Specialist to join the Reporting team.
Responsible for the consolidation and production of the monthly closing Group reporting, including analysis of P&Ls, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Net Woking Capital Ratios and additional operating KPIs under BPC tool. He / she will work closely with global and local teams, leveraging SAP BPC tool to drive efficiency and transparency in financial processes.
Supervise and analysis of monthly financial reports for group consolidation, in alignment with corporate reporting calendars.
Coordinate the reporting and data consolidation for budget, forecast and business plan process for the Pharma Group.
Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights on sales performance, margins, and cost drivers to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Become a key member within SAP BPC project by offering specialist advice in terms of group reporting.
Understanding dimensional structures of analytic environment (cost centers, profit centers, WBS elements) as well as data forms, and business rules under BPC or similar reporting tool.
Analyze and improve current reporting procedures in terms of speed and quality and link all current and new reports to our consolidation tool
Close coordination and contact with Local and Global Finance and non-finance team members.
Highly analytical skills and focus on understanding the whole process of data driven and its business impacts.
Familiarity with local and international accounting standards (e.g. Experience in maintenance of consolidation and budgeting models in SAP BPC environment
Experience with SAP R / 3 & S / 4 ERP and link with ETL for reporting / consolidation tool.
Experience (years / area) : 5 years of experience in financial consolidation processes, reporting and controlling tasks within a multinational environment.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Deep knowledge on SAP BPC. Alternatively, Oracle Hyperion.
Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable knowledge SAP BW and SAP R / 3 and S / 4
Desirable to have worked with data analysis tools PowerBI.
