About our partner

On behalf of our partner Douglas, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. Douglas is a retail company for beauty, health and cosmetic products in 19 European countries. We are collaborating to improve their main product channel, their e‑commerce. With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).

What you’ll be doing

• Act as the SAP Finance expert, providing reliable and high‑quality support to the business.
• Analyze business requirements and design, implement, and support SAP Finance solutions based on SAP standards.
• Read, understand, and debug ABAP code to support functional analysis and issue resolution (no development required).
• Independently manage and deliver smaller SAP‑related projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Provide functional consulting and advice to business stakeholders.
• Ensure structured task and project tracking using Jira.
• Collaborate effectively with international and remote stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Must have

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Finance.
• Ability to read, understand, and debug ABAP code (development skills not required).
• Solid knowledge of SAP standard processes to advise the business effectively.
• High level of English.
• High level of autonomy.
• Experience managing small projects (basic project management understanding).
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for task and project management.

Nice to have

• Experience with IDoc.
• Knowledge of SD / MM.
• Experience in retail environments.
• High level of German.
• Knowledge of cash register interfaces.
• Experience with SAP bank accounting.
• Background in consulting and exposure to more structured project management methodologies.
