Genesy AI is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. Our cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation technology empowers sales teams to focus on what truly matters: selling. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.

After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.

That’s why we’re looking for a Filmmaker & Video Editorwho can turn our story into something people feel, not just scroll past.

What You’ll Do

• Capture the daily rhythm of Genesy: from founder interviews to team chaos and strategic moments.
• Produce, film, and edit short-form content that makes people care about what we’re building.
• Lead creative direction for bold campaigns: think Vicio energy meets startup storytelling.
• Collaborate on offline guerrilla activations, comedy shows, and social experiments that bring AI and Genesy to real life.
• Transform company milestones into reels, and brand moments.
• Work hand-in-hand with the founders and marketing team to build a brand that moves culture, not just product.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience in video production, creative direction, or content storytelling.
• A strong portfolio that mixes filmmaking, social storytelling, and brand creativity.
• Hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and post-production (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
• A natural eye for narrative, turning small moments into big stories.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Based in Barcelona or open to relocation.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiar with culturally driven brands (e.g. Vicio, Heura).
• A network of creatives, comedians, or cultural collaborators.
• Passion for startups, humor, and ideas that make people stop and think.
