The position includes travel within the Iberian Peninsula and offers a dynamic working environment focused on innovation.

Formación

• Proven experience working in pharmaceutical microbiology or microbiology contract laboratory.
• Knowledge in routine Pharmaceutical quality control methods and automated solutions will be a plus.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese will be a plus.

• Coordinate and provide technical support to bioMérieux systems and reagents.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators.
• Participate in income generation initiatives.

As Iberia Field Application Specialist role specialized in our Industry products (Pharma Quality Control Business), you will provide technical support, customer training, troubleshooting and consultation to internal and external customers for the implementation and maintenance of bioMérieux solutions. Moreover, you will coordinate efforts with other cross-functional departments to deliver world-class customer service and support through the promotion of teamwork and cooperation spirit.

What will be your mission?

• Coordinate and provide technicalongoingsupport tobioMérieuxsystems and reagents: pre-installation, technical installation,qualification,validation,configuration, connection, trainingon customer siteand troubleshooting.
• Provide consistentfollow upof the installed base to ensure customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators.
• Participate in income generation initiatives by promoting value-added products and services, developing, andbuilding customerrelationshipsthat result in customer loyalty, retention, renewal, and positive referrals.
• Identifyinternaland external customer training needs, development of documentation and implementation plans, and successful execution based on established timelines.
• Accomplish with quality,legal,and ethical standards as well as company policies.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’sdegree inmicrobiology, biology, or related(or equivalent experience).
• Provenexperience workingin apharmaceuticalmicrobiologyormicrobiologycontract laboratorywith knowledge ofGMPquality standards andregulations.
• Knowledge inroutinePharmaceuticalquality controlmethodsand automated solutionswill be a plus(identification,endotoxin testing, mycoplasma testing, environmental control, EM software).
• Knowledgeand experienceinPharmaceuticalmanufacturingprocesses(bioproduction,innovative therapies)will be aplus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Customer & businessoriented.
• Ability to manage problems efficiently.
• Teamwork and autonomy to workalone.
• Software skills.
• English fluencyrequired;Portugueselanguagewill be aplus.

Role based preferably in Madrid or in the Eastern region of the Iberian Peninsula (neartoBarcelona)with availability to travel throughout theIberianPeninsula(if needed)and abroad for training or specific projects(approx.40%).
