Formación

We are looking for a Facility & Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our facilities and warehouses in Spain. This role is hands‑on and focused on ensuring that our sites run smoothly, providing operational support to the local teams.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
  • Support stock and consumable control to ensure daily warehouse needs are covered.
  • Assist the Procurement team with basic purchasing of materials, tools, and services.
  • Coordinate external providers (maintenance, cleaning, security) and follow up on service quality.
  • Assist in maintenance tasks and ensure facilities are in good working order.
  • Support the HSE team by ensuring compliance with basic safety requirements.
  • Track facility‑related expenses and help identify opportunities to optimize costs.
  • Participate in small improvement initiatives within the warehouses.
  • Provide support in the preparation of new site openings or relocations.
What do we require?
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar operational or facilities support role (logistics, industrial or warehouse environment preferred).
  • Basic understanding of facility processes and warehouse operations.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers or external services.
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands‑on mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
