About The Role
Tomorrow University is seeking a dynamic Events & Partnerships Manager to deliver unforgettable in-person experiences, expand our Action Hubs and build strategic partnerships that enhance the learner journey, support their next steps and drive growth. You will lead the delivery of four annual global immersions (including graduation ceremonies), enable and scale our learner and Alumni led Action Hubs and secure partnerships and sponsorships that enrich the community experience while supporting ToU’s mission. This role will also play a key part in leveraging events for learner acquisition, working with Sales and Marketing to ensure in-person experiences (e.g. Social Sips) become powerful entry points into the ToU ecosystem.

Your Main Tasks Will Include
  • Immersion Events & Graduation Ceremonies
  • Lead the planning and execution of ToU’s four annual global immersions, including our annual graduation ceremonies
  • Manage all event logistics, including venues, suppliers, travel, accommodation, communications, programming and on-site operations
  • Design engaging programming that integrates learners, alumni and partners
  • Ensure inclusivity and widen access to in-person events (e.g. scholarships, hybrid access, bursaries)
  • Gather feedback and refine the immersion and graduation experience year on year
  • Partnerships & Ecoystem Growth
  • Develop and manage partnerships with companies, NGOs and institutions that align with ToU’s mission
  • Secure sponsorships for immersions, challenges and events
  • Build partnership packages to directly enhance the learning and Community experience (e.g. mentorship, coworking spaces, career connections, entrepreneurial support)
  • Action Hubs
  • Support and scale ToU’s learner led Action Hubs, supporting them to build strong and vibrant local ecosystems and peer support networks
  • Develop frameworks for consistent quality and meaningful experiences across regions
  • Partner with community and alumni to make Hubs self-sustaining and learner-driven
  • Activate Action Hubs as key drivers of community led growth
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Community Manager to ensure immersions and partnerships connect learners and alumni meaningfully
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to highlight partnerships and in-person experiences in outreach, and to maximise in-person events as acquisition opportunities (e.g. Social Sips, partner events)
  • Collaborate with Marketing to capture stories, media and impact from events to feed into recruitment campaigns
  • Showcase ToU’s value through live experiences that attract prospective learners
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in event management and/or partnerships, preferably in the social impact or education space
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale, high-impact events (preferably international or multi-stakeholder)
  • Experience in developing and closing sponsorships/partnerships
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with demonstrable ability of managing multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable in dynamic environments
  • Willingness to travel to immersion events (4), team onsites (2) and workations (2) - typically 8x total per year
  • Fluent English required; German a plus
  • Must be registered in one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus or UK
