We are looking for a

Logistic Specialist

to join our PSO team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Toledo (Las Ventas de Retamosa).

This position is crucial for Bolton as it drives our digital strategy, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. The expected outcome is increased online presence and improved digital campaign performance.

Plan and control all distribution operations, from order receipt to shipment to customers.

Supervise and continuously improve logistics flows, from receipt to dispatch.

Coordinate with logistics providers and carriers to ensure optimal delivery times and costs.

Monitoring and managing customer incidents.

Monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs for the area, proposing continuous improvements based on results.

Cross-functional collaboration with the Production, Sales and Quality departments.

You will report directly to the Logistic Responsible.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related. Experience in logistics is a plus.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management position, preferably in growing industrial companies in the packaging, chemical, food or related sectors.

Solid knowledge of logistics planning, inventory control and operational process improvement.
