A leading ergonomic consultancy is seeking a Human and Organizational Factors and Ergonomist consultant to join its team in Albacete, Spain. The role involves integrating human factors into industrial systems, performing assessments, and conducting user tests. Candidates must have a Master's in Ergonomics, at least 3-4 years of related experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract, aimed to start in February/March 2026, with wages discussed during interviews.

Human design Spain is a subsidiary, established in 2021 in Vigo, currently has six consultants working on ergonomics and UX design projects for the automotive industry. Human design Spain is expanding its operations in Madrid.
In the context of the development, we are hiring new people who are motivated to take on new challenges to develop the well-being of operators at work and the performance of industrial systems.
HdG has already a Human and organizational factors team, 20 peoples based in France, dedicated to factories and mastering methodologies and deliverables contents.
As part of our expansion in Spain and to support an industrial client at Albacete we are looking to strengthen our teams by recruiting a Human and Organizational Factors and Ergonomist consultant (F/M).
Your main role will be to integrate human and organizational factors into the design and assessment of technical and organizational systems in the aerospace factories.
Master in Ergonomic, Human Factors /Psychology or related field (e.g., cognitive neuroscience, industrial/organizational psychology, or ergonomics).
At least 3-4 years related experience. Industrial / factories related experience required.
Must have strong consulting skills, strong presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is essential. French language skills could be a plus.
Recognized for your ability to explain and promote HOF and communicate, your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team, you will be able to make proposals, be autonomous and be convinced of the added value of people in the control of systems.
