A prestigious hotel group is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an exciting role at their location in Spain. As part of their team, you will deliver a variety of fun activities and events, providing guests with unforgettable experiences. Successful candidates should possess excellent people skills and be comfortable engaging with international guests. The role offers an attractive starting salary of €22,300 gross annually, with options for seasonal or permanent contracts, and benefits including meals during hotel hours and access to language lessons.

Formación

• Must reside in Spain and have the right to work.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.
• You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction
• You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
• You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
• A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind.
• Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.
• You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.
