A leading travel and hospitality company is looking for sociable individuals to enhance guest experiences through engaging activities and events at their location in Madrid. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, be able to communicate fluently in English and German, and work both independently and in small teams. Responsibilities include delivering daytime entertainment and coordinating evening programs, ensuring memorable experiences for guests in a fun environment.

Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.

You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction

You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.

You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember.

ABOUT YOU

You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.

A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind.

Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.

You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English and German – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.

Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.
