Our Team

From take-off to landing, Thales offers the most complete range of solutions to provide dynamic Air Traffic Services to support today\'s growing domestic and international travel requirements.

Utilising this knowledge and experience Thales Australia will deliver a harmonised Civil / Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS / OneSKY) in Australia to Airservices Australia and Defence. This will enable a new level of safety and efficiency, while also reducing delays for the travelling public and providing opportunities to improve environmental outcomes.

The key positions we’re hiring

We are on the global search for candidates with domain expertise within Air Traffic Management.

These positions will be based in Melbourne, Australia.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience within these job profiles:

• Solutions Architect
• Systems Architect
• Principal Systems Engineer
• Senior Systems Engineer

Qualifications

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree

Skills & Experience

• Domain experience in Air Traffic Management
• Proven experience in Systems Engineering including requirements, design (systems engineering focus)
• Demonstrated experience in the design of secure solution architectures in line with security standards and policies (architecture focus)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• The ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
