A leading Chat Marketing platform is seeking an Engineering Manager in Barcelona to lead the Inbox product area, focusing on backend-heavy, mobile-first chat solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of leading engineering teams, deep architectural knowledge, and fluency in programming languages such as PHP, Go, Python, or Node.js. This role includes improving system reliability and driving technical excellence while collaborating closely with Product and Design to align roadmaps and deliver quality outcomes.

Formación

• Proven success leading product engineering teams at meaningful scale.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving delivery excellence.
• Deep architectural thinking in backend systems with real-time services.
• Fluency in at least one of PHP, Go, Python, or Node.js.

• Own outcomes for the Inbox team, ensuring delivery commitments.
• Lead a cross-functional group of engineers, initially 6–10 members.
• Improve system reliability and evolve the platform for AI capabilities.
• Guide architectural direction in collaboration with senior engineers.
