The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure quality and sustainability in sourcing materials. Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, preferably as a Buyer for electrical, mechanical, or service supplies.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Standard Operating Procedures; SAP and Office 365 knowledge preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to balance internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical bachelor’s degree (Industrial or Electrical Engineering) is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage purchasing of materials and logistics services according to specifications.
  • Initiate and process purchase orders in line with standard procedures.
  • Negotiate agreements with key suppliers and maintain updated price lists.
  • Support bid and proposal teams with market insights.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers with quality and engineering teams.
  • Ensure orders meet customer requirements for quality and cost.
  • Promote safety and integrity in the work environment.
