Job Description

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialists to join our Harman project in Seville. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in an international environment while supporting customers with audio equipment.

Your responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails and chats in English related to Harman sound systems
• Identify and assess customer issues and needs
• Provide accurate and customer-oriented solutions

What we offer

• Full-time contract of 4 months (39 hours / week) with a 1-month trial period
• Possibility of contract extension after the initial period (stable service)
• Salary: 21900 gross / year in 12 payments (including language bonus)
• Working schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00-18:00 (alternate weekends)
• Paid training included in the contract (4 weeks Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00)
• On-site position in Seville
• Relocation package (reimbursement and light financial compensation for rent during the first 3 months)
• Start date: Training and onboarding start on 06 October 2025
