This is a full‑time remote role for a Distributor Sales Specialist. The role involves managing distributor relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies. Day‑to‑day tasks include maintaining customer service excellence, facilitating communication between the company and its distributor network, and ensuring seamless coordination. You will analyze market trends, provide training and support to distributors, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors and clients effectively.
Proven ability in Business Development and Sales Management, including the implementation of strategies to meet sales targets.
Experience with Account Management to support distributors, ensuring their needs are met, and growth is achieved.
Industrial experience in the manufacturing and / or metalworking sector is mandatory.
Practical skills in welding technology for demonstrations would be a plus.
Fluent in Spanish, English language skills is required for company communication.
Self‑motivated, ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
Residence in Spain, must be willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory to meet distributors, conduct on‑site visits and attend industry events.
