You will champion frameworks that support rapid deployment and evolution of AI-powered digital capabilities, ensuring Alexion leverages intelligent platforms for consistent knowledge and content lifecycle management.
Accountabilities
- Business Case Creation : Develop compelling business cases that articulate strategic and financial benefits of AI transformations, aligning initiatives with Alexion’s overarching business and AI strategies. Advocate for investments by demonstrating global ROI, efficiency, and compliance improvements.
- Global Workflow Optimization : Analyze, design, and optimize content supply chain workflows worldwide to embed AI tools seamlessly, identify process bottlenecks, and ensure consistent adoption across diverse business functions including marketing, medical, and beyond.
- Change Management & Adoption : Lead holistic change management strategies to facilitate successful global rollout of new AI-powered solutions. Design engagement campaigns, training programs, support systems, and workshops to drive adoption, enhance user experience, and support transition across geographies.
- Utilization & Value Realization : Articulate and promote the positive impact of AI throughout Alexion, driving adoption rates and maximizing utilization in content creation, distribution, and governance processes at scale.
- Framework Development : Architect robust, reusable frameworks for integration of current and future AI technologies, enabling agile and repeatable deployments and ongoing innovation on a global scale. Set clear guidelines and governance models for all regions.
- Product Lifecycle Management : Lead full lifecycle management of knowledge management and content supply chain IT products, adapting global best practices to keep solutions compliant, intelligent, and scalable.
