A global software company is seeking a Director for Consulting - Value Engagement in Barcelona. This pivotal role involves leading Value Engagement initiatives, influencing customer satisfaction, and ensuring program success across various regions. The Director, Consulting – Value Engagement will lead Infor’s global Value Engagement program, driving measurable customer outcomes, accelerating opportunity generation, and standardizing delivery across all regions. This high-impact leadership role will own the Value Engagement framework, ensuring repeatability, scalability, and quality through standardized artifacts, reporting, and enablement. The Director will work cross-functionally with Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, and Regional teams to deliver consistent value engagements that directly influence revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
