Responsibilities

• Our job involves ensuring the smooth running of jobs and interfaces, including applications or databases.
• Monitor, start, and stop jobs, queues, processes, and perform deployments.
• Execute and supervise the close of business operations.
• Maintain production and test environments for our clients.
• Deploy artefacts in Production and test environments efficiently.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs to ensure timely completion.
• Automate tasks where possible to improve productivity.
• Resolve and close incidents / service requests from our service desk as per procedures & allocated timelines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience with T24 system is required.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting is essential.
• Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4) is a must.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Ability to write technical support documentation is crucial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours / Shifts / weekends when needed.
• Spanish language skills are highly valued.
• Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered an advantage.
• Good english language skills (C1 level) are required.
