Requirements of the Role

What you’ll bring to the team

• Proven experience launching a new product from scratch.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage complexity across multiple business areas.
• Strong analytical mindset - using data to prioritize, measure, and learn.
• Excellent communication skills - able to adapt from senior leadership to engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and user‑centric design.
• Comfortable leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, research, product impact and create high value.
• Drive innovation by identifying and applying new methods, tools, and approaches to increase squad productivity and delivery speed.
• Track record of working effectively with UX Design, UX Research, and engineering.
• 3-5+ years’ experience & understanding of IT development processes.

Airline, travel, or customer retention experience is a plus.
