Role Responsibilities

• Enable & Support AI Initiatives and Data Analytics Initiatives
• Ensure that AI and data analytics projects align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the organization.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI and data analytics projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with the AI and Data Analytics teams to understand their needs, challenges, and project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and data analytics to inform team strategies.
• IT Project Delivery Lead: Lead and manage digital and IT projects using Agile and DevOps methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement strategic IT plans that align with business objectives, driving innovation and value creation across the organization.
• IT Budget Management: Manage an annual IT budget exceeding 10 million USD, ensuring effective allocation, monitoring, and reporting of financial resources.
• Lead Digital Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance of digital projects such as Websites, Salesforce, IoT, CDP and Power BI, leading a team of four members to maintain high standards. Drive the QA automation initiatives further and bring it to the next level.
• Digital Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors, organizing steering committee meetings and innovation workshops to drive collaboration and performance.
• IT Contract Review: Collaborate with Project Managers to review and negotiate IT contracts, ensuring compliance, risk management, and alignment with business objectives.
• Project Portfolio Management: Manage the project portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives, prioritization of initiatives, and optimal resource allocation.
• PowerPoint Presentation Development: Prepare impactful presentation materials for senior leadership to communicate strategic insights, project updates, and recommendations effectively.
• Communication Strategy: Run a comprehensive communication strategy and execute initiatives for stakeholders in the Suntory Global Spirits (SGS) division to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Standardization of Work Processes: Build and implement standard ways of working where applicable, promoting best practices and efficiency across teams and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI projects and data analytics.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading digital/IT projects.
• English language skills at CEFR level C1 or C2.
• Proven experience in business strategy and planning within the FMCG sector, preferably in beverages and food.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated people management experience, with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
• Experience in IT contract negotiation, quality management, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.

Personality Traits and Foundational Business Skills

• Strong motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent logical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Willingness to undertake business trips 2-3 times a year as needed.
