A leading real estate agency in Marbella is seeking a motivated New Developments Sales Agent to manage collaboration sales and support the sales strategy for current and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in new development sales, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in new development or off-plan sales.
  • Solid understanding of collaboration sales and project representation.
  • Familiar with social media and digital communication to support project visibility.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation.
  • Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication.
