Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Design Team Operations and support their growth.
• Monitor employee metrics and provide feedback and coaching.
• Prepare work and shift schedules as needed.
• Conduct management meetings to ensure team alignment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Conocimientos

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Management of operational teams

Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing concepts

Microsoft Office applications

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
