Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, including 2+ years as Senior Data Analyst.
• Experience leading analytics teams or initiatives, preferable as Tech/Analytics Lead.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Lead complex data initiatives and define data models.
• Own dashboards and KPI strategy for decision-making.
• Collaborate in product feature design with PMs and engineers.
