We’re looking for a Senior E-commerce Data Analyst to become the analytical backbone of the company designing robust reporting systems, uncovering key business insights, and providing actionable recommendations that will guide strategic decisions across product, pricing, and performance metrics.
You’ll work directly with leadership and collaborate closely with growth, operations, and product teams to turn data into meaningful business impact.

Be the go-to data expert in a company that truly values analytics-driven decision-making
Lead strategic initiatives that directly impact profitability and scaling
Design and automate weekly performance dashboards using BI tools and data platforms
Standardize KPIs across Amazon and Shopify for consistent and scalable reporting
Implement automated alert systems to detect unusual trends or performance fluctuations
Conduct price sensitivity and margin analyses across 50+ SKUs to guide pricing strategy
Evaluate promotional and campaign effectiveness across organic and paid channels
Execute attribution and cohort analyses to measure customer LTV and subscription behavior
Segment performance by category, frequency, and other key product dimensions
Present data-driven recommendations to leadership on a weekly basis
Lead monthly performance review meetings across teams (growth, operations, product)
Coach internal stakeholders on dashboard usage and data interpretation
Partner with marketing and marketplace specialists to translate insights into actions
Monitor conversion trends, LTV, and retention across customer segments
Track inventory velocity, identify slow-moving SKUs, and recommend promotional support
Analyze COGS, shipping, and fulfillment data to optimize unit economics
Build predictive models for demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory planning
Compare brand performance across the company’s growing portfolio
Identify cross-selling opportunities and customer overlap between brands
Analyze seasonal trends and campaign performance by category and product type
3+ years in a data analyst or insights role within e-commerce or consumer brands
Advanced proficiency in SQL (JOINs, window functions, subqueries, aggregations)
Strong experience with e-commerce analytics tools (Triple Whale, Peel, Looker, Tableau)
Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central APIs
Ability to perform A/B testing, statistical significance analysis, and interpret results
Proven experience analyzing Amazon marketplace metrics (BSR, rankings, ad vs. organic)
Knowledge of Shopify/DTC environments, especially subscription models
Skilled at turning complex datasets into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
Experience with multi-channel attribution modeling
Knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling
Experience with data pipeline tools (Fivetran, Stitch, etc.)
Background working across multiple brands or marketplaces
Passion for pets or prior experience in the pet products industry
